Ravi Deshpande is a Master in Science and has got more than 15 years of Pharmaceutical manufacturing experience with companies like Lupin, Malladi and many more such giant companies.He has handled entire Pharma Operations for API /Fermentation setup before moving to Pharma Vertical.He has been handing Middle Management and Senior Level Pharma Sector Hiring and has handled more then 500 Mandates across Plant functions. Also, He heads Big Ideas Office at Aurangabad, Maharashtra. He is a key leader in our Pharma Vertical heading entire operations and people research in Maharashtra location.

He is the Key Leader in our Pharma Vertical and heads our Haryana (North Office) looking after entire operations and people research.

Anupam Sharma is Doctor by profession and passionate about health and fitness. He has worked with India’s Leading Hospital “Fortis, Delhi” for more than 5 years before moving to Pharma Executive Search of Big Ideas.He is one of our leading Consultants looking after Pharma Assignments across levels. He mainly focuses on Plant and R&D functional areas. He is also a part of our People Research Team looking after client and assignment Management and Operations.

He is also heading expansion in the Healthcare and Diagnostics area for Executive Search and is planning to be one of the prominent players in it with our “BIG HEALTHCARE JOBS” vertical.
