Recruitment consultant is helping employers to find suitable staff and match people to job on permanent or temporary. The consultant has good communication skills, convincing power & good network to full fill the employer requirement. Consultant can work like a matching person to employer & employee. They create a relation between employer & consultancy for business development. But the question comes in mind, how the recruitment consultant work? Recruitment consultant can get the requirement from the employer. After getting the requirement they can understand the requirement of the employer. After understanding they start working on it. If they felt any difficulty in requirement they can directly contact the employer. After starting work on requirement they are going to provide the list of multiple candidates for interview. Consultant generates the revenue by helping the employers. They might be a fix pay or may be on the basis of position. Who can work as recruitment consult? Any person can work as requirement consult but there is some limitation. If a person want to become a recruiter person must have the knowledge about the industry.
