How HR Recruitment Agencies function

With India gradually becoming the hub of Start-ups and industrialisation, more and more people are looking forward to being employed in various industries and companies. But finding the right fit is not an easy job. It becomes really difficult to search for a suitable job to apply for and then get shortlisted. Similarly, it is very difficult for the companies to search for the right employee in the open market. This is the precise reason of HR Recruitment companies being sought after the most currently.

An HR Recruitment agency is an agency that works as a mediator between the employee and the employer. These job placement agencies look after the work of human resource planning. The process that HR recruiters follow is:

1) Sending out vacancies of the company in the market via social media to attract the potential employees. LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook are the common platforms for such advertisements.

2) Shortlisting from the applications received and finding the perfect match for the concerned job. An HR Head-hunter has to search among hundreds of resumes to shortlist a handful of them that can be interviewed.

3) Interviewing the said candidate at the first level for the applied job. The Recruitment agencies’ job doesn’t just end at shortlisting the candidate through CV's, but they also need to filter the applicants at the primary level to be sent to the companies’ interviewers.

4) Finally, the candidate is set up for an interview with the companies’ HR and Technical department, who choose the suitable employee from the handful of best matching applicants.

Thus, HR Recruitment Agencies have bridged the gap between the employers and the employees thus giving each the best shot at being chosen.
