What is Personal Management?

Personal management is a traditional approach of managing the people in organisation. Personal management cannot hire any person for the employee management. They are managed by the directly reporting person. They are only going to manage only those people who are already part of the organisation. Personal management look employees as assert of the company. They traded as their employees as economical man in organisation benefit. For cost effectiveness the service of employees can be exchanged. E.g. a person can taking the interview & also doing the service which is given by the organisation. For the cost effectiveness the services can be centred to a person. So that the salary wages are be effective for organisational. Personal management the employees are using for the organisational benefit & development. In organisation work is the focus so that the management can be the secondary. Action for the organisation based on the establishment of the organisation. In Personal Management the entire task may be monitored by the management. Decision of the management can be slower due to the work load.  Personal management is not connected directly, So that the communication is not directly. In organisation, behaviour of the employees can be based on the company norms. They also follow the traditional method which can be followed by the organisation. Personal management pay to the candidate based on the job evaluation.
