Ravi Deshpande is a Master in Science and has got more than 15 years of Pharmaceutical manufacturing experience with companies like Lupin, Malladi and many more such giant companies.He has handled entire Pharma Operations for API /Fermentation setup before moving to Pharma Vertical.He has been handing Middle Management and Senior Level Pharma Sector Hiring and has handled more then 500 Mandates across Plant functions. Also, He heads Big Ideas Office at Aurangabad, Maharashtra. He is a key leader in our Pharma Vertical heading entire operations and people research in Maharashtra location.

Toral Thakkar, a Master in Business Administration with more than 8 years of Recruitment experience, is one of the leading Consultants with rich experience of working with Omam and Ruchika consultants before. She is one of the Directors looking after Pharma Domain. She is looking after Senior Level/Middle Level Pharma Hiring, Client Management and People Research, Team Management.

Neha Shah, a Masters of Business Administration with more than 9 years of Recruitment experience, is one of the leading Consultants and has worked with Omam and Randstand before. She is looking after Senior Level Pharma Hiring, Client Management, People Research and Team Management.She is passionate about Systems and process development and also people research and industry mapping.

Anupam Sharma is Doctor by profession and passionate about health and fitness. He has worked with India’s Leading Hospital “Fortis, Delhi” for more than 5 years before moving to Pharma Executive Search of Big Ideas.He is one of our leading Consultants looking after Pharma Assignments across levels. He mainly focuses on Plant and R&D functional areas. He is also a part of our People Research Team looking after client and assignment Management and Operations.

He is also heading expansion in the Healthcare and Diagnostics area for Executive Search and is planning to be one of the prominent players in it with our “BIG HEALTHCARE JOBS” vertical.

She is a Masters of Business Administration(Human Resources) with 4 years of rich experience in Recruitment in Pharma, Diagnostics and Engineering heading Profit Centre responsibility of Pune and Mumbai office. She has excellent skills on execution across senior level search.

He is a MBA with 3 years of Recruitment Experience heading our Corporate Support Recruitment team. He also heads our Volume Hiring vertical. He is hardworking and has always been instrumental in building our corporate support structure.

Bhavna Thakkar has over 15 years of hands-on HR experience in performing HR functions. She has pursued post graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management. Bhavna is a freelance HR Consultant & founder of “Integrity”, a firm assisting organizations with their HR challenges. Prior to starting Integrity, Bhavna had a successful tenure as Head – HR in a service oriented industry managing a staff of 400 employees.

She is associated with Big Ideas for last 2 years and will be heading the “Big Ideas Integrity HR Compliance” vertical of Big Ideas HR Consulting Pvt. Ltd.
