I JUST NEED MORE TIME – Ways to have more time

Time management is one of the most crucial thing of present time because everyone has his own possibilities and difficulties. Every sector has his own different possibility of managing time weather student, housewife, businessman, office workers or freelancers. But Some ways can be beneficial for all.

1.      Start with Statics.

Making statics in very easy if you know your daily work and important tasks to be completed and calculate the time you need to complete all of them. Now think for a while about those tasks and you might find something you don’t need to do at all and something which requires more time and is more precious and can be more demanding. But it is all your decision. Some girls may find that they spent more time in front of mirror and some gentleman may find that smoking is not only killing them but it is also taking a time of their life.

2.      Reduce

Now is the time to optimize the tasks. If you spend too much time buying food everyday – Get in once in a week. Maybe your way to office and home back takes your half a day – think of taking a flat near office. Checking message and mails frequently on top of every hour – Stop using your smartphone for some specific hours daily.

3.      Plan Your Day and Keep to the schedule.

It is always the best plan to plan your day but always keep some buffer time for yourself just in case. Don’t plan things like going to office or home or meeting some friend and then taking shower, rather define specific time for each task, like:

way home till – 18:30

cleaning till – 19:30

German lesson 19:30-20:30

Cut off the activity, when the time limit is exceeded.

4.      Defeat procrastination.

It is very important to develop your will because it is a very big problem. Reward yourself if you complete some of your tasks on time. You can make yourself feel better if you think you can take a 5 minute’s break when required or after an hour but only if  you start it right.

5.      Investigate your need for Sleep.

If you want to give best of you in your productivity then you should  have the right amount of sleep. If you sleep less than for sure you get few additional hours but on the cost of effectiveness and also, you spent more time on doing simple tasks as you become slow. Now if you oversleep, you lose some of very precious hour as well as you do harm to your health as well so sleep for 7 to 8 hours and a wake-up gadget who can wake you up at the right time.

6.      A magic word

You know this powerful spell. It sounds like “No”.  It will save your time with bothersome people. And you might find it interesting to say it sometimes to yourself. It can be a perfect answer to “Shall I watch this new comedy after the midnight?”, “Should I try and unlock one more achievement before I go to sleep/to the office?”.
